Perth builders fall over’s increase

In a time when builders are finding it tough and every deal counts, why does it appear so many deals are falling over?

A fall over is when a person decides not to go forward with a builder after signing an agreement of sorts; this can be either the preliminary or preparation agreements or an individual one with the selected Perth Builder. Building a home in Perth: what people want

Our Quick Cuppa competition ended two weeks ago and we are so proud of the great success we’ve had – but most importantly we are proud of our great fans who provided great support and many interesting answers!

We have experienced a dramatic increase in the number of fans on our Facebook page, but we dare to think that people ‘liked’ our page not only for the competition but because they trust our brand – after all, only 10% of the actual number of fans entered the competition.

At a first glance we can tell that our fans are very attentive to details and they don’t just focus on price (even if this is of course a major factor): for instance, very important factors are the finishing, ease of the whole process and the reliability of a building company. Cheap builders, you are warned! Continue reading
