		<description><![CDATA[In a time when builders are finding it tough and every deal counts, why does it appear so many deals are falling over?

A fall over is when a person decides not to go forward with a builder after signing an agreement of sorts; this can be either the preliminary or preparation agreements or an individual one with the selected Perth Builder. When a person walks away from these agreements, builders will generally retain the deposit paid by the client. The maximum deposit anyone should have paid to this point is 6.5% of the contract value.
