Our Quick Cuppa competition ended two weeks ago and we are so proud of the great success we’ve had – but most importantly we are proud of our great fans who provided great support and many interesting answers!
We have experienced a dramatic increase in the number of fans on our Facebook page, but we dare to think that people ‘liked’ our page not only for the competition but because they trust our brand – after all, only 10% of the actual number of fans entered the competition.
It’s true that there is no right or wrong answer – everybody has their own priorities – however the results are quite interesting and worth sharing, so our entrants can also compare their opinions. At a first glance we can tell that our fans are very attentive to details and they don’t just focus on price (even if this is of course a major factor): for instance, very important factors are the finishing, ease of the whole process and the reliability of a building company. Cheap builders, you are warned! Continue reading →

This is the question we asked last week to our fans on Facebook. Why did we do that? It’s true that there is a lot of information out there: newspapers, online news, research, surveys. You can ask this question to anyone in the building industry in Perth. But we deal with people, not with numbers. So if you want an opinion, just ask people. The great thing is that this way you can get an instant feedback; it may not be as accurate as a professional survey but if you have a good relationship with your people you are more than likely to get a sincere answer.
