How much can you save me?
This depends on your personal situation and the product you choose. But as a rule, it’s a lot.
How many home builders do you deal with?
Australia has thousands of home builders and we can deal with most, if not, all of them.
What State are you in?
We now have access to the following states WA, SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD.
How does a Building Broker get paid?
We are paid by way of commission attached to the house, which would normally be paid to the sales representative or staff at the building company. This is very much the same as a mortgage broker.
Do you charge any fees at all, at any time?
No.
How do you select the best builder?
We are very selective and have 3 critical criteria’s for the building companies to meet. If the home builder meets these, we are happy to recommend them.
Can you give 100% guarantees?
No home builder or building broker can ever give 100% guarantees. Please be careful with these statements. It’s clearly stated in all building contracts you sign with home builders that unforeseen circumstances may arise and can result in price increases.
We are already dealing with a Broker and or home builder, can we talk to you?
Yes you can, however we have a code of ethics and conduct to follow.
We want to engage our own designer and/or architect, can we bring the design to you?
Yes you can.
Are you in alliance with any builders?
No.
Is one off design more expensive than a builder’s standard plan?
Yes, this is a fact from our experience in housing industry management. We are happy to explain in detail to you how this works.
Do you do developments?
Yes.
Do you get better prices for buying power as stated by other building brokers?
No, call any builder and ask them, these statements are misleading and should be disregarded.
If we are not happy, can we walk away with no obligation?
Yes, providing a building contract has not yet been signed.
Can we speak to your clients?
Yes.
Do you have quality control measures in place for home builders for the entire process?
Yes, we put these in place on a case by case basis with all our clients.
