Our client engaged us after having a few custom designs drawn up. These designs all failed to meet their expectations due to price and specification.
Our client needed some options of a plans to suit the block and have the ability to compare home builders.
They chose one of our designs and made some modifications to suit their needs. After selecting one of the specifications to the home, the client then also selected from one of our five builders who costed the design. We then organised for a survey, so a full site works quotation could be completed.
