Some of our clients already have their preferred designer or Architect, and we are more than happy to work with them. Our clients knew exactly what they wanted, but just didn’t understand the complicated town planning scheme of the particularly shire the block was in.
Our task was to engage the right designer/architect that would deliver the design the clients desperately wanted.
Our team introduced the clients to a few options, and a designer was selected. After regular consultations with the shire and the designer, an innovative cost effect design that fully complied was completed.
A tender process then began with some builders chosen by our team and also the clients. The outcome of this process was the custom designed home that met all expectations, budget requirements and the building timeframes outlined in the brief.
