Brad Kingston brings his extensive experience in the construction industry to NHBB.
Working with some of the state’s best known names in the housing industry, including Ventura ID and Home Group WA as both a building and development consultant, Brad Kingston has guided many clients through the construction process. But when he undertook extensive renovations to his own property the shoe was on the other foot.
“It certainly gives you a whole new appreciation for the level of trust the client places in the builder. In my job as a Building Consultant I’m constantly in communication with the client ensuring they’re always kept up to date with what’s going on at each stage of the process. It’s a bit of a balancing act, you don’t want to bother a client with every minor detail but neither do you want them feeling left out of the loop.”

Being completely independent of any builder or supplier means that everything NHBB do and all the advice they offer is always in the best interest of the client.”
Brad is the newest member of the NHBB team specialises in custom individual homes and development projects.

Having just completed his own large scale renovation project has given him a hands on appreciation of the building process from a client perspective.
