Carine Rise
Construction on the former TAFE site is now underway, and transforming the old site into Perth newest development Carine Rise. The New site will incorporate residential lots, townhouses and mixed-use developments. The local structure plan and the subdivion was approved by the western Australian planning commission and also the city of Stirling.
The subdivision is only 15km north of the Perth city center and ideally located close to beaches schools golf courses and shopping centers.
The development is expected to be released to the market some time in 2014.
With only 33 new home sites, it will be interesting to see which new homebuilders build the small lots sites.
Creating a design that’s cost effective for narrow lot and small homes sites is straight forward, if you use independent contractors to create your design and then tender it out.
You will save thousands of dollars and have a much better quality home built.
