Sydney HIA Homes Show 2020

The  New Home Building Brokers team where able to attend this year’s show in Darling Harbour.
With 234 exhibitors to see and almost 20,000 visitors over the 3 days made the show a great success.

The Sydney new home building process is very different from that which we are used to in Perth, from upfront private certification to almost no double brick construction.

NHBB found lots to see at this year’s home show with leading suppliers, recycled brick companies, Sydney Architects and Home Designers on hand to provide information for consumers.

Other exhibitors included some of Sydney’s leading Home builders, Hudson Homes, Simone Homes, New South Homes, Edgecliff Homes just to mention a few. They all had display stands with home building consultants available to answer questions.

Sydney renovation builder Addbuild’s display stand provided a wealth of information and ideas to those considering renovating their home.

The Site Foreman, one of New South Wales leading architect and project management companies had a large display showing the mixed-use designs and plans with interior designers on hand to talk with people and answer questions.

H4 Living had design consultants on site to talk about plans, designs and building custom homes.

Tesla had a most impressive display demonstrating its solar panels enabling energy efficient and sustainable homes.

Overall there was so much to see with many more exhibitors including suppliers like Clipsal, Vergola and a number of interior design companies.

Whether you are thinking of building, renovating, demolishing and re-building or just giving your home a minor makeover, there was plenty to see.

This home show was sponsored by the HIA

The next Sydney Home Show is due in October at the Sydney Showground.
