Having flexibility in our process enables us to step in at any point in this process and assist a client in achieving a positive resolution.

Understand how finance is going to work to help select builders for tender.
Select and brief an independent designer.
The designer completes initial design.
before lodging planning application.
With everything checked, planning application is lodged.
Air conditioning, retaining walls,& subdivision quotes
Make any changes needed to meet brief or council requirements.
Check finance approvals and readiness
Select 3 builders for tender.
Complete cost comparison of builder’s quotes.
Client interviews and selects builder.
Building contract and variations signed.
NHBB conduct regular visits to site on client’s behalf.
Building inspection carried out by independent, certified inspector.
If required, NHBB will mediate on client’s behalf.
Hand over happens on schedule and on budget.
