In the first instance, we had intentions of building a 2 storey home as the block has ocean views to the north west.

After initial discussions with Tristan it soon became apparent that a single level would be far more prudent as the block has ocean views from the ground level. Tristan sourced a very suitable floorplan that we amended slightly and the result is ideally what we had hoped for. It did take a few more meetings with him to tweak the changes and throughout this 2-3 month period, Tristan remained very patient and more importantly very helpful with his ongoing input. We have now completed our prestart with one of Perth’s prominent builders and the way in which the process has unfolded to date has been faultless.
