Builder's Standard Plan - Perth

When we decided to build our dream home, a friend recommended Tristan Kirkham to us, from New Home Building Brokers (NHBB).

We knew exactly what we wanted in a home, though not necessarily in a builder. Tristan initially met with us to take note of everything we had in mind for our home and, using his extensive knowledge of the building industry, we managed to come up with a shortlist of potential Perth builders.

From there, Tristan showed us some floor plans that ticked all of our boxes and liaised with the builder to get us an initial costing for each. Once we’d chosen a floor plan, Tristan proved to be invaluable, suggesting modifications that eventually turned an inanimate floor plan into the house of our dreams.

But Tristan’s involvement didn’t stop there. He continued to be a sounding board for us, answering questions, suggesting trades, even going so far as to attend the building site to inspect the work being carried out. As this was the first house we had built, Tristan’s expertise put our minds at ease on many an occasion.

Throughout the whole process, we came to realise that people were willing to jump through hoops for us, simply because we had Tristan’s name behind us. He is obviously very highly respected in the industry.
