Had I known about NHBB's services I would have started the whole process with them rather than just bumbling my way through design and builder selection by random googling.

We were already 95% committed to our chosen builder with complete custom designs when I started chatting to Michael. Despite this, he sacrificed a heap of his time for absolutely no reward to review our designs, budget and several iterations of quotes and provide lots of detailed advice in person, via email and on the phone. He was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to, always returned emails and calls immediately with detailed responses.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone starting the building process to go through NHBB right from the beginning and avoid a lot of the uncertainty and risk we went through.
