I can't recommend this service enough.

We found Tristan and his team when our original builder was placed into Administration, having only council plans and hard copy drawings available. Tristan and the NHBB team has been able to pick these drawings up, look at our quote, spot areas on our plans that could be improved, costed more appropriately and has ultimately recommended three builders that then received a copy of our plans to price. We could then compare these quotes and decide, having full confidence that these builders were financially stable and of a quality we needed in our home.

Not only has he bent over backwards to help us get back on our feet but he has really given us a renewed sense of confidence and trust at a time when it had been shattered by the building industry. He further was able to recommend contacts and companies connected to all parts of the process - flooring, lighting and all of those other incidentals.

It meant we could have confidence in our decision making and brought back some of the power between the homeowner and the various suppliers. I recommend this service to anyone even thinking of building a home. Tristan is honest, trustworthy and has significant industry knowledge that is really beneficial to the decision making process.
