After moving to Perth in 2010, we soon realised that we wanted to make it our permanent home. The building game is quite different to what we were used to on the east coast and we weren't quite sure where to start. Luckily, we were referred to Tristan from NHBB, whose professionalism, knowledge of the local building industry, and close attention to our budget bottom line immediately put us at ease. He arranged the Perth building designer, who did a great job, as well as the tender process. We liaised directly with the builder throughout the build, but Tristan was there if we needed him. After the build, he was also saved us time and money by recommending quality tradesmen to finish off various things that weren't included in the building contract. For us, having trust in your building broker is the single most important factor, and Tristan certainly had our trust. We would recommend Tristan and NHBB to anyone who is looking to build a new home in Perth.
