We moved into our new home in November 2018, just 11 months after the pad was laid. The absolute best thing NHBB did for us was direct us to the builder we eventually used. They then assisted us throughout the contract and price negotiations. During the building phase they were the silent partner, keeping on top of the builder without our knowing and then did a final assessment upon handover. All up was a great experience.
