Custom Individual Design - Hillarys

We contacted NHBB as we knew and dealt with Tristan Kirkham as a client of a Perth project builder. The independent knowledge they have has helped us not only find the right block facing the best way for a passive solar design, but an incredible flexible builder who allowed us to adjust the plan and make changes during the process, and during construction without variation fees. We went to visit a number of NHBB's client homes both under construction and completed.

We spoke to the clients to confirm the testimonials and statements. Mr & Mrs Rocks of Claremont home was beautiful and inspired us. We are happy to confirm our story and show our home to any new NHBB client.

We selected an independent designer and had them create our home design under the watchful eye of NHBB, to ensure we stayed on budget. NHBB and the designer lodged and gained approvals ready for the builders to cost our plan. We knew of some of the builders they recommended but not all of them. In the end after interviewing them we selected the one that was the best fit for us.

Tristan and his team did make lots of sites visits during construction, and the communication skills they demonstrated were first class. NHBB was always available to be contacted and followed up on everything we asked of them. The contact and the communication between the builder the broker and us the client was great.

It's not just about saving money, we just wanted someone on our side to help us through the building process. NHBB did that and took all the hassle out of building a home.

We have now finished building our home in Hillarys and really enjoyed the process; we look forward to our homes photo shoot to add to the website.
