Custom Two Storey Modern Design - Karrinyup

We were introduced to Tristan by a friend and work colleague who had recently utilised New Home Building Brokers services. ( NHBB)

We have just completed building our new home in Karrinyup in April 2015.
Tristan was involved from the start of the process and recommended several Architects and Designers for us to consider which we chose one of them to design our new home.
 
Upon completion of the plans, Tristan arranged for 3 Perth builders to quote on the building, and then organised a time for us to meet them individually to discuss their pricing and timelines etc.

This process was excellent as Tristan was able to produce costing spreadsheets breakdown that made it simpler to compare costings of each home builder.
 
Tristan was involved in the full building process from the start, giving guidance to us and liaising on our behalf with the builder. He made the building process so much easier and less stressful.
Also, Tristan was also able to recommend suppliers to us, such as air conditioning and carpets companies.
