Duplex Development - Swanbourne

I would like to thank you for a job well done at our development at Lynton Street in Swanbourne, as it went exceptionally well.  It was completed on time and on budget, a rarity in these days and clearly, with your input, the choice of builder had much to do with it.  Your guidance through the tendering process, the assistance with the choice of designer and ultimately, the choice of builder meant that the process with NHBB was very well worthwhile. This was particularly so as we were new to home building.  Even though we had no disputes whatsoever, what was of considerable comfort to me was that our commercial engagement with NHBB was directly between the two of us and you were not being paid by the builder. Otherwise, it could have been problematic to disagree with a builder by whom you were being paid. I would be more than happy to give a personal reference on your services to any of your potential clients.
