Our first contact with Tristan was over 10 years ago as overseas investors. We were so delighted with they way he assisted and guided us through the alien process from purchasing the land, right the way through to finding a suitable Perth home builder and construction & handover!

We were happy with the service and communication we received; we then embarked on our second build from Scotland. We were confident that we were in “good hands” with Tristan. On the second occasion we went with a different luxury custom home builder and also enjoyed the service he provided.

Perth is now our home and we are pushing our boundaries a little more, and with the help of New Home Building Brokers we have purchased a development block. My husband and son and I are so excited, about our new venture and doing our first development.
