Individual Design Two Storey - South Perth

Our new home plans were with a Perth project builder were progressing well. We had finished our pre-start activities and were about one week away from signing the dotted line, when we got a phone call to simply say our builder had changed their business model and were no longer going to build two story houses like ours! To say we were shocked at time was an understatement, we were left with our house plans and no-one to build our new home.  Fortunately I had a friend who put us in touch with Tristan at NHBB.  Not only did he quickly go through our options, he put us in touch with a number of private builders who could build our house and which ultimately resulted in us building our house in less time and with less money than if we stayed with our original builder.
