I initially did not know about NHBB. I was introduced to them via a realestate person. I was looking at subdividing my block and down sizing. I had spent approximately 2 years trying to gather information as to how the process worked and how much it would all cost. As an older single female I did on occasion come across prejudice and not being taken seriously as a client.
With NHBB I was given a clear understanding of the whole process, assistance with subdividing, costs laid out in a clear format and assistance to find a builder that I felt assured was reliable and would be of a high standard.
The whole process was smooth sailing with NHBB checking on the quality of the build and always available to answer questions.
I am now in my new home which I cannot fault, it was stress free and I would do it all again in a heart beat
